IT IS LATE SUMMER, where did the time go? As the season ends the lush greens take on wonderful hues of red and gold. This summer’s en plein air sessions have taken a focus on sunrise and sunset and I have rejoiced and celebrated the intensity of color that I find in these brief periods as the sun rises and sets over the landscape. I plan to contnue these light adventures into the Autumn and look forward to them again in early Spring. Please join me in my upcoming open studios ( Oct 8&9 and Nov 5&6) where you can observe the new paintings that I have endeavored to relay the vibrant forces and emotional plays of light upon our world.
Nestled high above an intricate garden in Peterborough, Mt Monadnock casts it’s aura upon the flora at dusk.
